Welcome to Atty Bear’s Playhouse! Our rules help keep the playhouse safe, clean, and fun for every family. Please review them before your visit.

Playhouse Rules

  • Atty Bear’s is not a drop-off facility. A parent or responsible adult must stay at the playhouse and supervise their child at all times.

  • Grip socks are required for children using the play areas.

  • Please play kindly and use the equipment as intended. Rough play, pushing, and unsafe behavior are not allowed.

  • Food must stay in the café seating area. Drinks and water are welcome at the playfloor seating.

  • Toys must stay in the playhouses and may not be taken into the play structures.

  • If your child puts a toy in their mouth, please bring it to a staff member so we can disinfect it.

  • Please follow staff instructions and let a team member know if you notice a safety or cleaning concern.

Before You Play

All guests must have a completed waiver on file before entering the play areas. First-time visitors will receive a quick orientation to help them get familiar with the space and our rules.

Birthday Parties

Party guests must have a completed waiver before playing. Party room reservations end at the scheduled time so our team can prepare for the next celebration. Outside food requires a $30 add-on, and add-ons must be paid for in advance. Party pricing is based on the package selected; we’re unable to reduce the price when fewer guests attend than the package includes.

One reschedule is available for illness or other unforeseen circumstances, subject to availability. Please review your party agreement for deposit, payment, and rescheduling details.

Memberships

Memberships renew automatically each month on the sign-up date. You may cancel at any time by phone, email, or online, with at least 14 days’ notice before your next payment date. Your membership remains active until cancellation is processed. Membership payments are nonrefundable. If a payment is declined, play access will pause until the account is brought up to date.
